Prestige Wellbeing will be attending the Lincolnshire Well Being Show, hosted by Lizian Events at the Epic Centre, Lincolnshire Showground.
This two-day Mind, Body and Soul experience brings together a wide range of wellbeing exhibitors, therapists, readers, authors, retailers, demonstrations, talks, meditations, movement sessions and holistic experiences.
The event is held in a spacious, accessible venue with dedicated rooms for talks, presentations, demonstrations and a yoga studio. Visitors can also enjoy free talks and activities across the weekend, including drumming, Tai Ji, Qi Gong, mini workshops and meditations.
At the event, Prestige Wellbeing will be offering treatments designed to support:
- Back pain
- Neck and shoulder tension
- Postural imbalance
- Body alignment
- Grounding and recharging the body
- Frequency-based healing and recovery support
This is a chance to experience the Prestige approach in person and feel how your body can respond when tension, imbalance and restriction begin to release.

Tickets can be purchased in advance through Eventbrite or on the door by cash or card.
Event facilities include:
Free parking, catering facilities, family-friendly spaces, accessible one-level main halls, talks and demonstration rooms, and refreshments available throughout the weekend.
Please bring both cash and card, as some stallholders may only accept cash. There are no ATM facilities at the showground.
