This session includes a focused assessment followed by light hands-on work where appropriate. It is designed to help identify what may be driving tension, restriction or postural imbalance, while giving your body an initial reset.
Some clients use this as a standalone session. Others use it as the first step before progressing into Prestige Alignment.

Prestige Alignment can be booked as a single session, but longer-standing issues may benefit from a short series of sessions. This will be discussed based on your body’s presentation and response.
Prestige Energy Alignment is a remote spiritual healing and energy-balancing session. It is designed to support calm, grounding, inner balance and energetic flow.
It is not a medical treatment, diagnosis, or replacement for in-person care.
Yes. Prestige Energy Alignment is offered remotely and may be suitable for clients who cannot attend in person, existing clients between appointments, or people seeking spiritual healing and energetic support.
This depends on your history, how long the issue has been present, and how your body responds. Some clients feel a noticeable difference quickly, while others benefit from a short foundation phase before moving into maintenance.
No. Prestige Wellbeing does not diagnose medical conditions and does not replace medical care. The work focuses on posture, alignment, movement, tension, recovery and wellbeing. If medical assessment is required, you should speak to your GP or appropriate healthcare professional.
Many clients report feeling lighter, more balanced, more mobile or less restricted after a session. However, every body responds differently and no specific result can be guaranteed.
Some areas may feel tender where the body is holding tension or compensation. The work is always guided and adapted to you. Temporary soreness, tiredness or light-headedness can sometimes occur after bodywork.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. Avoid restrictive clothing where possible.
Appointments are available in Bradford and on selected Nottingham clinic days. Event appointments may also be available at selected wellbeing events.
Yes. A £50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.
Appointments can usually be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the booking fee being retained.
