Prestige Wellbeing will be attending the Lincolnshire Well Being Show, hosted by Lizian Events at the Epic Centre, Lincolnshire Showground.
This two-day mind, body, and soul event brings together a wide range of wellbeing exhibitors, therapists, readers, authors, retailers, demonstrations, talks, meditations, movement sessions, and holistic experiences.
The event is held in a spacious, accessible venue with dedicated rooms for talks, presentations, demonstrations, and a yoga studio. Visitors can enjoy free talks and activities throughout the weekend, including drumming, Tai Ji, Qi Gong, mini workshops, and meditations.
At this event, Tariq from Prestige Wellbeing will also be delivering the Prestige 5-Minute Reset Demo – a live demonstration showing how quickly the body can respond when posture, tension, and alignment begin to shift.
Prestige Wellbeing will also be offering treatments designed to support:
- Back pain
- Neck and shoulder tension
- Postural imbalance
- Body alignment
- Grounding and recharging the body
- Frequency-based healing and recovery
This is an opportunity to experience the Prestige Wellbeing approach in person, watch the 5-minute reset in action, ask questions, and feel how your body can respond when tension, imbalance, and restriction begin to release.

Tickets can be purchased in advance through Eventbrite or at the door by cash or card.
Event facilities include:
Free parking, catering facilities, family-friendly spaces, accessible single-level main halls, talk and demonstration rooms, and refreshments are available throughout the weekend.
Please bring both cash and card, as some stallholders may only accept cash. There are no ATM facilities at the showground.
