Prestige Wellbeing will be attending the Big Welsh Festival of Wellbeing for another inspiring weekend of healing, discovery and alternative wellbeing.
This major Welsh event brings together a wide range of readers, therapists, spiritual and wellbeing businesses, therapeutic services, crystals, jewellery, plants and herbs, crafts, art, aromatherapy products, henna art, face painting, boho and children’s clothing, food, drinks and much more.
The event also includes the Fayre of the Witches, offering an added layer of pagan education, shopping and spiritual interest.
With around 200 exhibitors, the festival is one of the largest events in Wales of a spiritual and therapeutic nature, with workshops and talks taking place across both days.
At this event, Tariq from Prestige Wellbeing will be delivering the Prestige 5-Minute Reset Demo — a live demonstration showing how quickly the body can begin to respond when posture, tension and alignment are addressed.
Prestige Wellbeing will also be offering treatments designed to support:
- Back pain
- Neck and shoulder tension
- Postural imbalance
- Body alignment
- Grounding and recharging the body
- Frequency-based healing and recovery support
This is an opportunity to experience the Prestige approach in person, watch the 5-minute reset in action, ask questions, and discover how your body can feel when tension and imbalance begin to release.
