INSTRUCTIONS

Place one white and one tan patch on the body, using any two locations shown at a time. Apply the patches to clean, dry, undamaged skin.

This can be used on any area of the body. Patches may be worn for up to 12 hours before discarding. Keep well hydrated while using this product. Only remove half of the patch backing until an effective placement site is located.

What is Phototherapy?

The science of phototherapy, which has been around for about 100 years, uses light to improve the health of the body. This man's a miracle worker! Id wached a couple of his demonstrations at different venues and always thought id love a treatment so this time I jumped at the chance. After lots of health problems over the past couple of years I thought I deserved it. He treated parts of me that I didnt know needed treatment. I wont lie some were a bit painful at the time and I thought id made a mistake but it was worth every minute. I can walk strater and more balanced. I had a full body alignment with Tariq, and to be honest, I was skeptical at first. I'd never had any kind of bodywork treatment before, so I wasn't sure whether it would actually make a difference. What gave me the confidence to go ahead was Tariq's extensive knowledge and the way he explained everything. From the very first impression, I was amazed. Within moments of seeing me from just a couple of metres away, Tariq pointed out two areas where my body was out of alignment, my shoulder and my hip. He asked if I was experiencing pain in those areas, which I was, and I hadn't mentioned a single thing about them beforehand. That alone gave me confidence that he really knew what he was doing. After the treatment, I immediately noticed a difference. I felt lighter on my feet, almost like I had springs in them. I also felt taller, which Tariq explained was due to my posture being corrected. On top of that, I felt much looser, more balanced and more relaxed overall. The real test came the next day at the gym. I usually experience pain in my left shoulder during certain weightlifting exercises, but I was genuinely shocked to find that the movements which normally caused discomfort felt comfortable. After just one session, the pain had reduced drastically, which I honestly didn't expect. I wanted to leave this review for anyone who might be skeptical like I was. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Tariq at Prestige Wellbeing enough. After suffering with back pain and sciatica for years, and visiting numerous physiotherapists and chiropractors with only limited success, I was starting to lose hope.
