What is Bowen therapy?
Bowen involves gentle, precise rolling movements over muscles and softtissues, with short pauses between sets of movements. The approach is unhurried, and your session is tailored following consultation and assessment.
Treatment can be delivered through light clothing, with no oils or creams needed.
You can book Bowen therapy on its own. There is no requirement to book a
body alignment treatment first.

Three-Session Weekly Bowen Series | £140 upfront
Three personalised 30-minute Bowen appointments, arranged weekly, providing regular time to focus on your comfort and wellbeing.

Six-Session Weekly Bowen Series | £270 upfront
Six personalised 30-minute Bowen appointments, all arranged weekly, offering a consistent appointment schedule over six weeks. We will review how you feel as the series progresses.

Yes. Bowen is available as a standalone service. You do not need to book Full Body Alignment or another treatment to receive it.
